Each sofa is bespoke made for every order, with this being the case we do not accept refunds unless the sofa/chair is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Each sofa is bespoke made for every order, with this being the case we do not accept refunds unless the sofa/chair is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
From receiving your delivery it will be unpackaged for you to inspect and sign for to say you are happy with the sofa. After this time has passed we can not offer any kind of refund or return unless it is a manufacturing fault.
The warranty on all items is 1 year on the leather and 10 years on the frames.
